At Nangle and Niesen we grow an extensive range of Oak trees for you to choose from.
Our stock ranges from both indigenous species, Quercus robur and Quercus petraea which will make free standing specimens of unmatched beauty to the evergreen Quercus x turneri Pseudoturneri which is suitable for small gardens because of its limited vigor and small size.
Oak trees can be deciduous or evergreen and are tall trees with powerful broad tops, beautiful bark and usually large often deeply lobed leaves. Oaks are magnificent, large, long lived garden and park trees with decorative foliage and often fantastic autumn colour. A selection of our Oak trees are also suited as street and avenue trees and have proven successful in urban site conditions.
