Magnolia Cleopatra
“Magnolia Cleopatra is a popular, upright to pyramidal, small, deciduous magnolia ideal for smaller gardens or limited space.
It has attractive red-purple, fragrant flower that display an almost metallic sheen and are produced in abundance in Spring. It remains a shapely shrub for many years, and even when it is mature, is a manageable small tree requiring a minimal amount of pruning.
It prefers a sheltered position in full sun to partial shade and should be planted in moist, acidic, and well-drained soil.
Grows up to 4m tall and 2m wide after 10 years.”
